BOARD CHAIRMAN'S
MESSAGE
In 1971, we laid a foundation for development of Turkey, and founded UGURSAN Inc.
Thankfully, our company has grown and developed together with our country, and become one of the major infrastructure companies of Turkey.
The early years of UGURSAN were the most important years of Turkey on the way of development. We had to both work hard and adopt an innovative mentality. Because the world was changing rapidly, and falling behind meant not only regression of a company, but also that of the country. And that was the subject which mostly motivated me and my friends.
In the projects we realized, we never compromised on our principle of improving the quality of life, and we valued our employees’ safety and happiness above all. It was our pride to observe the occupational health and safety rules strictly. We are a whole family with our customers, suppliers, and employees. We produce, build, and grow together.
For us, the expression ‘We are a family.’ was never a sentence that was formed accidentally. Our accumulation of capital, technology and experience has improved and reached an undisputed quality thanks to this family.
Yes, as UGURSAN Inc., we make great effort and work hard to put our signature under difference-making and value-adding products. We are aware that we build a sustainable future with our corporate reputation, sense of quality, and manner of operation.
The more productively and innovatively we work, the more value we provide to the national economy.
